I created customers with linked addresses. I would like to delete all of them with or without their address but I can’t do it except if I unlink the address.
Any clue how to properly do it for more than 500 records ?
The problem comes from the fact that the system tries to delete the address before deleting the customer. If the field “Customer Primary Address” contains a link to the address to be deleted, the deletion is not allowed.
Just select your 500 values in the list view, click on “Action > Edit” and for the field “Customer Primary Address”, select an address that is not linked to a customer to be deleted (you can create a new address for that purpose if needed)
You will then be able to delete your 500 customers without issues.
